Friday, December 7, 2007 Fido Fund Has a New Manager at the Helm Fidelity has tapped a new manager for its Fidelity Advisor Capital Development Fund. Harlan Carere took over from Adam Hetnarski as manager of the fund according to Fidelity's website. The change took effect December 1.
