Calvert (55) The web rankings were based on a three part analysis, quality (50 percent of the score), availability (30 percent of score) and user experience (20 percent of score), for a possible total of 100. "This was a year in which the industry leaders continued to improve across all of the major categories we examined,” Conrad Bakker, a consultant at kasina, said in a release. “While many of the winners will be familiar to long-time followers of our Top 10 list, a visiting advisor will find these Web sites to have changed significantly, with new functions and information, higher levels of integration, and improved navigation."
