Thursday, September 6, 2007 Lange is Up, Cohen Down Boston Globe columnist Steven Syre writes cheers and jeers for two Fidelity managers in his latest column. Syre praises the performance of Harry Lange, portfolio manager for Fidelity Magellan since October 2005, but is critical of the performance of Tim Cohen who took over Fidelity Growth & Income fund at the same time. While Cohen has gone far afield to rebuild Magellan -- nearly one-third of the fund is now invested overseas -- Lange has "bet on comeback stories that haven't come back yet," writes Syre.
