Tuesday, September 4, 2007 American Century Sees Another Portfolio Manager Pack Up Another portfolio manager has walked from American Century. Wade Slome, who ran the American Century Ultra Fund, has been replaced by U.S. growth CIO Steve Lurito, reports Morningstar. A year ago then-lead manager Bruce Wimberly and comanager Jerry Sullivan left Ultra and were replaced by Tom Telford. Telford remains a part of the portfolio team, according to the report.
