Friday, August 17, 2007 Wellington in the Hunt for New Boston Space Wellington Management could be the new marquee tenant in new development in downtown Boston. The Boston Herald reports that the asset manager is in talks with Boston Properties to lease space in the Russia Wharf office and residential tower on the city’s waterfront. Wellington is considering leasing 500,000 square feet in the building. According to the report, Wellington aims to consolidate its network of offices including corporate suites at three State Street towers.
