Tuesday, October 3, 2006 Janus Shareholder Meeting on Fund Merger Adjourned An October 2 shareholder meeting concerning Janus Capital Group's proposal to merge two of its funds was adjourned until October 26, according to an SEC filing. The Denver-based fund firm plans to merge the Janus Olympus Fund into the Janus Orion Fund. The board of trustees of Janus Investment Fund approved the reorganization plan in July.
