Tuesday, August 1, 2006 Legal Eagle Joins ProFunds ProFunds Advisors has tapped Steven Cravath as its new general counsel. Cravath joins the fund firm from Morrison & Foerster, where he was a partner in the investment management practice group located in Washington, D.C. In his new post he will direct and oversee legal and compliance matters for the firm. He reports to Michael Sapir, CEO of ProFund Advisors. "We're thrilled Steve has joined us," said Mr. Sapir. At Morrison & Foerster, Cravath represented boards of independent directors, various open- and closed-end investment companies on organizational and on-going compliance issues, including the establishment and registration of a wide variety of types of mutual funds: multi-class, master/feeder, funds-of-funds and annuity products. In addition, he represented investment advisers on a range of transactional and regulatory matters. He also prepared American Depository Receipt offerings and other registration statements.
