Fidelity Fund Gets New Manager

Fidelity has named Matthew Friedman the new manager of its $166.5 million Fidelity Value Strategies Fund. The appointment of Friedman, who had managed two of the firm's energy funds, lets outgoing Value Strategies manager Richard Fentin concentrate on the $16 billion Fidelity Value Fund, reported the Boston Globe.
