Tuesday, January 31, 2006 Morgan Stanley Adds to SMA Platform The Franklin Portfolio Advisers Multi Cap Growth portfolio has landed a spot on Morgan Stanley’s managed account platform. The strategy occupied a new spot on the lineup, spokeswoman for Morgan Stanley said. "We’re always looking to enhance our lineup of managers," the spokeswoman said. The portfolio, which invests in companies that exhibit competitive advantages and the potential for sustainable growth, will be managed by Conrad Hermann, Matt Moberg and Raymond Chan. FPA Multi Cap Growth forms part of San Mateo California-based FPA’s roster of domestic growth portfolios, which includes Small Cap Growth, Mid Cap Growth and Large Cap Core Growth portfolios.
