Friday, October 28, 2005 SEC Names New Deputies Peter H. Bresnan and Walter G. Ricciardi have been named deputy directors of the SEC's division of enforcement, according to a press release. Bresnan has served as an associate director of the division of enforcement since April of 2004. Prior to that, he was the acting district administrator of the Boston district office. While head of the Boston office, Bresnan lead the SEC's market timing cases against Putnam Investments and MFS. Ricciardi has served as the district administrator of the Boston district office since April of 2004.
