Tuesday, September 20, 2005 Manager Swaps: Neuberger, AIM Kent Simons, manager of the Neuberger Berman Focus Fund, is retiring effective October 1. Simons began managing the fund in 1988. Robert Corman, co-manager of the fund from November 2003, will continue managing the fund. AIM Investments has shuffled the management of six of its funds. AIM Advantage Health Sciences Fund & AIM Global Health Care Fund: : Michael Yellen, Suaina Murthy and Derek Taner continue to manage the fund, without former colleagues Kirk Anderson and Bryan Unterhalter. AIM Aggressive Growth Fund: Lanny Sachnowitz takes the place of former lead manager Jay Rushin. Sachnowitz will be assisted by Kirk Anderson, James Birdsall and the AIM Large-Multi-Cap Growth team. AIM Constellation Fund: Sachnowitz will also take over management of this fund from Kenneth Zschappel, with the aid of Anderson, Birdsall, Robert Lloyd and the AIM Large-Multi-Cap Growth team. AIM Small Company Fund: Rushin is replaced by Juliet Ellis, Juan Hartsfield and the Small Cap Core/Growth team. AIM Summit: Robert Lloyd will continue to be the lead manager of the fund, with help from Bret Stanley and the Basic Value Team and Large/Multi-Cap Growth Team.
