Bank of America funds will hold a shareholder meeting on March 17 in Boston to elect five new trustees, according to a Nations Funds
filing.
All shareholders of the Nations Funds as of December 17, 2004 will be allowed to vote for the new trustees.
According to the filling, the board decided that seven of the funds' current trustees would not be eligible for re-election as a result of Bank of America's final settlement with regulators, reached this month.
The five nominees include two current trustees. Three nominees were appointed effective January 1, 2005.
The nominees are: Edward J. Boudreau, Jr., William P. Carmichael, William A. Hawkins, R. Glenn Hilliard , and Minor M. Shaw.
