Neal Wilkinson joins Oppenheimer Investment Management as managing director of institutional sales.

"With significant experience in institutional sales to Taft-Hartley clients, Neal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to an asset management market we are committed to serving," said Albert G. Lowenthal, chairman and chief executive officer of Oppeneheimer Holdings.

Wilkinson was previously at Columbia Management Group in a similar role.
