Finding it difficult to stay in compliance with compliance? The people behind RealFundCompliance.com hope to change that.

Alan Porter, editor-in-chief of the site and also a partner at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, has teamed with Glasser LegalWorks and RR Donnelley to create a website for people in law, compliance and marketing to access news and regulatory updates on fund compliance.

Much of the information comes from NASD, the SEC and other regulatory agencies, said Porter, as well as other websites and other feeds.

While Porter and his colleagues are responsible for content and editorial layout, RR Donnelley maintains the site, and Glasser LegalWorks organizes and transmits the material.
