As previously reported, on July 23, William C. Sonneborn tendered his resignation from his positions as the president and chief executive officer of the KKR Series Trust. He will no longer serve as one of the investment professionals for the KKR Alternative High Yield Fund and the KKR Alternative Corporate Opportunities Fund. Nathaniel M.
