Vanguard wants an internal sales manager for the Arizona region.

According to the company's career site, the internal sales manager will "manage, develop, and coach a group of internal sales consultants through a targeted consultative sales approach while cultivating a tight partnership with respective external sales teams. "

The posting states that Vanguard serves "all intermediary markets including broker/dealers, bank/private wealth, registered investment advisors, institutional, and insurance companies. The Internal Sales Manager will cover internal oversight for all target markets."
