by: Sean Hanna, Editor in Chief

Rheeta C. Wise has rejoined PFPC as part of the back-office specialist's transfer agency team. She was last at PFPC from 1995 to 2000. Most recently, she was at Bisys where she was senior vice president for sales support and marketing.

Wise takes the title of managing director and senior vice president in transfer agency services at PFPC. She will provide global transfer agency project management for key initiatives within the division, according to the firm. Wise will report to Michael DeNofrio, executive vice president and senior managing director for PFPC's shareholder services and transfer agency division

"It is a pleasure to welcome Rheeta Wise back to PFPC. Her long association with the financial services industry and deep understanding of the transfer agency business make her a notable addition to our staff," said DeNofrio. "She brings to her position the ability to strengthen PFPC's commitment to provide integrated technology and operational solutions to help our clients grow."
