Calamos Investments is looking for a regional sales director to cover Texas, according to its Web site. The sales director will be responsible for managing all retail sales activities for the Naperville, Illinois-based firm's mutual fund and separately managed account products.

It was not immediately clear if the post is new.

A Calamos representative was not immediately available for comment.
