Eaton Vance Brings in a Credit Suisse Alum

BOSTON, MA, September 15, 2008—Eaton Vance Corp., a Boston-based investment management firm, announced today that Stephen J. Kaszynski has joined Eaton Vance Management as a member of the Large- Cap Value management team. Steve joins lead portfolio manager, Michael Mach, and John Crowley and Matt Beaudry in support of the firm’s Large Cap Value strategies. The team oversees more than $19 billion in Large Cap Value assets.

Mr. Kaszynski was most recently managing director and head of U.S. equities at Credit Suisse. Steve began his career at Madison Bank & Trust in 1976 and has additional investment experience with Invesco Capital Management and Gardner & Preston Moss.

Mr. Kaszynski earned a B.A. in economics from Knox College and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
