Today's Wall Street Journal Fund Track column centers on a congressional hearing set for this morning on a proposed bill that calls for full disclosure of fees in 401(k) plans. The bill, filed by Rep. George Miller (D-CA). would also require more transparency about investment strategies, risks and returns, and require the inclusion of at least one balanced index fund in all 401(k) plans.
