Citizens Advisers has promoted operations executive Sean Driscoll to executive vice president. Driscoll, who joined the Portsmouth, New Hampshire-based money manager six years ago, was promoted from vice president.

Driscoll's duties, which include management of fund administration, performance analysis, and client and shareholder services, will remain the same, said spokesman Chip Tangen. The firm is not making other personnel changes in connection with Driscoll's promotion, he added. Driscoll is also treasurer of the Citizens Funds.
