On June 20, 2013, the board of directors of the Frontegra Funds [profile] approved the liquidation of the Lockwell Small Cap Value Fund based upon the recommendation of Lockwell Investments, the investment advisor to the fund. The advisor has indicated that it is in discussions to close the firm and thus will no longer be able to serve as the investment advisor to the fund. [SEC Filing].
