Vanguard [profile] is looking for a business development group line manager.

According to the Linkedin posting, the candidate would work in the firm's "business development group to manage a sales organization by supporting current and future objectives and programs that achieve Vanguard's strategic business goals," and "would also lead a team of exempt sales professionals."

Among the responsibilities for the job, the candidate will assist "in the development of sales-related goals," and work "with Managers and Individual Contributors to monitor and communicate progress towards goals." The candidate will also develop "close working relationships with all appropriate internal referral partner groups to ensure an effective pipeline of sales leads."
