Andrew Rudd, co-founder of Barra, is has won a seat on Stilwell Financial's board of directors. Stilwell is the parent of Janus, Berger and DST.
Rudd becomes the sixth board member of Stilwell. He was one of the founders of Barra in 1975 and was that firm's chief executive officer from 1984 to 1999.
