Strategic Financial Solutions, a software company that provides asset allocation and investment analysis tools, has tapped Meredith Jones to be its director of market research. Prior to this move, she served as vice president and director of research for Van Hedge Fund Advisors International.

At Strategic Financial Solutions, she will be in charge of performing research on the developments in and requirements of traditional and non-traditional investment communities. That data will be used in developing a strategic plan for PerTrac 2000, one of the firm's products.
