There's a new name for a new game at
Standard & Poor's, having announced a name change for its marketing communications unit. S&P Published Image has become S&P Financial Communications in a branding campaign to emphasize the department's business goals, which also shifted to aim at retirement products.
"We changed the name to reflect our mission to help financial services firms educate and inform their investors," said
Sanford Bragg, executive managing director of fund services, in a statement. "Along with the name change is a new focus on offering communications solutions for retirement services."
The Boston-based unit recently opened offices in London, launching a new product lineup including enrollment guides, calculators, newsletters, seminars, online tutorials, posters, and payroll stuffers.
