New York Life is sparing no expense to reach consumers. Today, it announced its sponsorship of the MainStay Independence Bowl. The firm has committed for three years but may extend its relationship further.

The sponsorship demonstrates the extent of MainStay's effort to reach consumers with its branding effort, coming in the middle of a significant marketing push.
