has tapped New York City-based Hampel/Stefanides
to handle its advertising. Hampel/Stefanides is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Envoy Communications Group. Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners had handled the account until last Friday. Neuberger is expected to spend between $8 to $10 million in the next 12 months.
