TD Waterhouse has entered into a marketing agreement with AnnuityNet.com. Starting in the 2nd quarter of 2000, AnnuityNet's products will be available on TD Waterhouse's Web site.

The site will feature a specially created "Annuity Center," which will provide Waterhouse clients with access to AnnuityNet.com's tax-deferred variable annuity products. The site will also provide related educational information.

In addition, AnnuityNet.com will design a separate web site which will allow TD Waterhouse's financial advisors to manage their clients' variable annuity investments online.

"This agreement reflects recognition of the growth potential of variable annuities that are not sold through intermediaries or agents," said Steve Dunlap, vice president of AnnuityNet.com. It will also greatly enhance the distribution of AnnuityNet.com's products, making them available to the over 3 million accounts serviced by TD Waterhouse.
