E*TRADE Group and E*TRADE Funds has launched the E*TRADE Global Titans Index Fund, a mutual fund that tracks the Dow Jones Global Titans Index (DJGT). It is available to retail consumers on a no-load, open-end basis. The new fund seeks to provide investors with investment results that match, before fund fees and expenses, the total return of the stocks comprising the Dow Jones Global Titans Index, an index which includes 50 blue-chip companies.

Investors pay no sales commissions, transaction fees, or 12b-1 marketing charges. Fund investors are subject to a 1% redemption fee if shares are redeemed within four months of purchase. The fund's annual expense ratio is 0.60%. E*TRADE Asset Management will manage the new fund.
