Diya Gullapalli just left the Wall Street Journal. MFWire has learned that the former Fund Track reporter is heading back to school, to the MBA program at Columbia University. Another Fund Track vet, Eleanor Laise, takes over the asset management beat in Gullapalli's stead.

As recently as April 9, Gullapalli penned a Fund Track column on mutual funds holding significant amounts of cash (see MFWire, 4/9/2009).
