Assets in money market funds increased by $57.5 billion in the latest week, bringing the total to a record $3.71 trillion, Reuters reports, citing iMoneyNet's Money Fund Report.

Taxable fund assets climbed by $56.1 billion to a record $3.22 trillion. Tax-free assets went up by $1.3 billion to $494.9 billion.
